This category has been running for a number of years now (commenced season 2003/04). Coaching for all Juniors (Boys & Girls) Under the age of 16 is held every Monday & Wednesday from 5.15pm to 6.30 pm. All juniors coached on basic skills by our team of Youth Coaches from September to December. Then all kids are drafted into teams and they play a competitive league from January to Easter and then a cup competition from April to June. Our top Under 16 youngsters are also invited to attend training sessions with any of the local men’s & ladies teams thus slowly introducing them to senior hockey. A selection of the best Under 16 boys also play as a Team (Barclays Wealth) in the local weekend LADIES LEAGUE. This has been going on for a few years and has proved a success.
